I absolutely have to credit Liam for taking a massive gamble by leaving a secure job with a good company to launch his own beer and brewery. </p> <p> He then went on to open his own microbrewery in a difficult but stunning location in Athlone, County Westmeath. Since then, he has continued to take gamble after gamble in an industry where craft beer still represents only a small part of the wider commercial beer market. </p> <p> I remember purchasing gift vouchers online from Dead Centre and not redeeming them until COVID was out of the woods and the brewery was able to open its doors again. </p> <p> It is a credit to Liam, the team he has around him and the ambition they continue to show. That ambition can also be seen in the launch of <strong>The Craft Soda Co.</strong> </p> <p> I absolutely love their range of sodas—or soft drinks, as we would normally call them here.
